SGA MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

This past week the Student Government Association held their in-house elections; Justin Ledford and Spencer Randall were chosen to be the two new Senators. SGA will be conducting a survey to see if there is interest in having a bus run later at night for students who are traveling off campus, keep an eye out for a survey box in Bruno’s and Clarke Café. Members of the SGA attended CCSG this past weekend where a legislation was passed granting medical amnesty. This legislation now protects students from liability for those who seek medical attention for themselves, as well as for a friend, as a result of illegal actions.

This Wednesday, February 14 in Reed 114 at 5:30 budget appeals will be held for organizations that were denied funding. Mark your calendars because Tuesday, February 20th at 7:30 in McGarvey Common’s is the second President’s roundtable!!! There will be free food and members of the SGA waiting to hear from all the clubs and organizations on campus! If you have any questions regarding the President’s Roundtable reach out to Tyler Dulaney at tbd5099@psu.edu
